Candle Safety Guidelines
To ensure safe use of your candle, please follow these precautions:
Never Leave a Burning Candle Unattended: Always extinguish the candle before leaving the room or going to sleep.
Keep Away from Flammable Materials: Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface and keep it away from curtains, papers, and other flammable items.
Keep Out of Reach of Children and Pets: Do not leave candles within the reach of children or pets.
Trim the Wick: Before each use, trim the wick to 1/4 inch to prevent excessive flame, soot, or smoke.
Burn in a Well-Ventilated Area: Avoid burning candles in drafty areas or near fans and vents to prevent uneven burning or wax spillage.
Do Not Burn to the Bottom: Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains to avoid overheating the vessel.
Do Not Touch or Move a Lit Candle: Allow the wax and vessel to cool completely before handling.
Use a Candle Holder for Stability: Ensure the vessel is stable and placed on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
Do Not Use if Vessel is Damaged: Do not burn the candle if the vessel is cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way.
Keep Candle Free of Debris: Ensure no matchsticks, trimmings, or foreign objects are in the wax.
By following these safety instructions, you can enjoy your candle safely and responsibly.
Due to the unique nature of our upcycled candles, the vessels may exhibit minor imperfections. While we carefully select containers to ensure they are free from significant chips or cracks, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of such flaws. Additionally, because each vessel is one-of-a-kind, the candles have not been pre-lit or tested.
