Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Equal Ink Studio! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
✅ Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✅ The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Note: We cannot accept returns on used products or items not in their original packaging.
